Frank Loef founded CosMind Music Publishing in 2003 and is the creator of the
brand new CosMind Production Music Library for Modern Media.

Following a successful career as a film-composer/producer and musician, Frank Loef has concentrated on producing audiovisual productionmusic for music libraries since 1990.

DOCUMENTARIES

He developed and produced the “Modern Movie Edition” and the “Premium Shortcuts Series”
as well as several theme CDs for the Intervox Music Library.
This package of 50 CDs and projects which he created for other music libraries are extremely successful on the international music-market for TV / film & commercials.
